200 Hours of Inspiration, Embodiment, and Exploration in Confidence!
She has studied and trained in a variety of yoga styles including Ashtanga, Anusara, Power Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. Nafisa focuses on the principles of alignment while creatively incorporating aspects from all of these traditions. She is also a faculty member of Seva University, Yoga Pod’s certified yoga teacher training.
Nafisa considers herself a life long student. She is humbled by the amazing healing benefits and spiritual connection brought to her life through her asana practice. Off the mat, Stephanie is an avid traveler, musician, and mother.
A yogi since 1999, Steph discovered Ashtanga yoga while training for ultra marathons. The obstacles she faced on the trail were no different than those she faced on her mat. And the rewards were just as memorable. She wanted to help others realize their potential (without having to run 100 miles).
Steph’s classes are creative, fun and challenging, and focus on breath, concise cueing and hands-on adjustments. She hopes to continue to bring people together and build a strong sense of community and connection.
Caitlin Rose delivers yoga classes that are satisfying for the whole being and speaks about the physical practice as an access point for wide spread change in mental patterns, emotional states and connection to spirit. She believes that yoga can profoundly shift us for the better by developing our skills to be self-aware, intentional and in touch with what we truly believe. Caitlin Rose is known for her gentle demeanor and articulate instructions about alignment as well as the nuances of asana that help beginners to advanced practitioners have a deeper connection to themselves.
Caitlin Rose has been with Yoga Pod since 2008 and when she isn’t yoga-ing she is beekeeping or wandering through farmer’s markets.
