PodFit is a life changing and transformative program that builds balanced and comprehensive strength, improves cardiovascular fitness, and increases daily metabolic rate. The 2-week bootcamp-style program includes intense, 1-hour full body workouts. The workouts blend strength and circuit training, plyometrics, and cardiovascular conditioning to help participants jumpstart a healthier life.

Supportive coaches will motivate, inspire, and ensure participants meet their fitness goals. After the program, participants have the option to work with a coach to help design a custom schedule that takes advantage of Yoga Pod’s Flow, Tone & Detox class offerings.
