PodFit is a life changing and transformative program that builds balanced and comprehensive strength, improves cardiovascular fitness, and increases daily metabolic rate. The 2-week bootcamp-style program includes intense, 1-hour full body workouts. The workouts blend strength and circuit training, plyometrics, and cardiovascular conditioning to help participants jumpstart a healthier life.

Supportive coaches will motivate, inspire, and ensure participants meet their fitness goals. After the program, participants have the option to work with a coach to help design a custom schedule that takes advantage of Yoga Pod’s Flow, Tone & Detox class offerings.

TIMES:

Monday-Friday: 6:15 – 7:15 am
Saturdays: 7:15 – 8:15 am

Inspirational

The teachers are very inspirational. The yoga pod is very good at letting you push your self but also not to the point where you think, when is this going to end? The design of the studio is also very modern and peaceful!
