podFIT Teacher Training Intensive

Yoga Pod’s podFIT Teacher Training program is a unique way to deepen your practice and learn to teach a style of class that incorporates strength training and calisthenics work. In learning more about this practice, you will tone your muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your core, balance your physical body and sharpen your mind.
During this training, experienced teachers will guide you into a deeper understanding of your podFIT practice and provide the tools necessary to lead your own classes.

Wednesdays: 5:00 – 8:30 pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
The environment is very nice and very clean. I really like how there are so many different classes every day, and that there are 3 rooms in the studio. The instructors are very nice and encouraging during practice.
